we will send you a link to your mobile for a form to fill out before your appointment to confirm that you have not been unwell in recent weeks or been around anyone who has been unwell.your handbag and personal belongings into the provided plastic containers at the desks. The contents cannot be touched during your appointment. Mobile phones can be placed in a ziplock bag (provided by us) and kept on the desk, otherwise they must stay in your bag and not be touched during the appointment.  Containers will be cleaned after every use.

we will ask you to wash your hands with soap and use provided hand sanitiser at arrival.
 

It is mandatory that both our staff and any client that enters the salon will wear a mask for the entire appointment.
 

we will be cleaning each desk after each client and regularly cleaning any frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and basin areas to help 

prevent contamination.
 

we have installed protective sneeze screens on the desks.
 

we have spaced out the pedicure area and desks so clients are at least a 1.5m distance from each other.
 

we will ensure appropriate sterilization of relevant equipment between clients, where appropriate.
 

we are implementing a new nail file system for each client. Once used on you we sanitize and file away in a sealed bag for use on only you next time.
 

we would ask that at this time that no one touches the polish bottles or the colour sample sticks. We will help you with selecting a colour while you
are soaking.

 

The beauty bed will be wiped down after each client and a disposable hair covering will be provided while lying down on the head rest.
 

Disposable implements will be used (as per usual) in the beauty room.
 

we will provide disposable water bottles but would ask that no food or drinks (including coffee) are to be brought into the salon.
 

we will sanitize all ipads and pens after use.
 

we will ask at this time that you come to your appointments alone. We have a strict head count in the salon and cannot exceed this by having family members and friends come in with you.
 

we have loved having your furry family members here in the past for a visit but we now ask that you leave them at home.
 

tap and go is the preference for payment as we would prefer to not handle cash but will accept if there is no other option.
 

we will remove testers from retail area. 
 

there will be no refund on any retail products due to the current situation so please choose carefully.
